- Renovation Documentation Review for the Underwriter
- Presented by Phil Hacker, CBO, Senior Loss Control Consultant, Great American
- Phil will address how to identify risks through submitted documentation review and anticipating exposures of renovation projects including the project budget, selective demolition plans, horizontal and vertical penetrations, structural changes, and exterior considerations.
- Using IoT Technology to Mitigate Water Damage in Construction
- Presented by Alex Fuentes, EVP, Strategic Growth and Michael Fadalti, Director, Project Development, Brickeye
- Alex and Michael will share insights on challenges currently facing the construction industry and leading sources of BR claims. They will also cover how the internet of things (IoT) can be leveraged, including a deeper dive on water damage mitigation and risk control.
The seminar will conclude by 4:30 PM and will be immediately followed by a networking happy hour sponsored by Great American.
