Policy Statement

The Board of Directors of the Inland Marine Underwriters Association [IMUA] wishes to underscore the importance of compliance with the laws of the United States.  The laws prohibit members, while engaged in IMUA activities, from entering into any discussions on matters affecting rates or conditions of individual insurance contracts. It is the policy of the IMUA to honor and abide by these prohibitions in all respects.
